Melnikov Valery Aleksandrovich

Valery Aleksandrovich Melnikov (April 19, 1956, Ufa) – Russian graphic artist, PhD in Education, professor of “Architecture” chair of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University, professor Russian Academy of Natural History, member of International Federation of Artists, Honored Artist of Republic of Bashkortostan.

PhD thesis: Origin and Development of Art Education in Bashkiria 18^th–20^th Centuries.

V. A. Mel’nikov is the author of 11 textbooks and more than 60 works.
