Abstract

According to the research traditions accepted in Russian studies, European studies, and civilizationistics, very acute subjects of the geopolitical interaction of the Russian - Roman panidei at the present stage are discussed. The article analyzes the foundations of the creditworthiness of the subcontinental social and existential experience, which provided European peoples with a comfortable existence for a long time. At the same time, the causes of the observed destruction of the foundations of sustainable, achievable European life reproduction, worked out over the centuries, are fixed. At the crucial moment of kairos, the subcontinental format of world governance forged over the centuries is disintegrating - the colonial takeover, the path of imperialism, and with it the unsuitable type of peacemaking the west against the rest. The objective imperative of normalizing the prevailing super-conflict reactions requires the reanimation of a tolerant contractual culture based on the renewal of an agreed world order constituted by a balance of interests. Time is prophesying - Europe finally needs to learn an almost obligatory lesson: the destructive expulsion of Russia from the family of European nations condemns the latter to inevitable total degradation.
