Abstract

In contrast to the principle of “identity of the indistinguishable” put forward by Leibniz, the author considers it useful to enrich the philosophical and methodological thesaurus with the principle of “distinguishing the identical”. In the case of using separability relations in reasoning, the standard “equidistant” self-differentiates, which gives rise to an ontological individuation of the identical, which forms an understanding of the extensional redundancy of the subject sphere. The latter further stimulates the progress of non-classical logics that succeed in reconstructing paraconsistent, dynamic, relevant, multi-valued, modal, temporal contents. The decision limit is to deploy specific logical technology with relational, multi-level semantics, adapted to expose situations in possible worlds, due to the exit from realis to conditialis of factive in kontraktiv from actualitive in posessive.
