Abstract

Globalization is standartization, unification of the figures of activity exchange; it has a relief projection on urbanization. A two-fold trend is clearly visible: internal migration, which entails the expansion of urban space; external immigration, which generates the most acute problem of the impending allochthons, the rooting of ethnic aliens, illegals, who are not adapted to the accepted order of life. Positive models of relief of complications are not characterized by high humanitarian character and reduced to a) territorial deconcentration of citizens; b) artificial depopulation.
