Abstract

The article presents the study of the factors determining effective distance learning carried out in a digital environment. Using an integrated approach, the author studies the issues related to the individualization and autonomy of the educational process, the dependence of its results on the choice of educational content and pedagogical management tools. To develop sustainable models of autonomous activity of students, a high level of their motivation is necessary, as well as regular monitoring carried out by the teacher who is also a facilitator of the educational process. To choose the best approach to online learning and select appropriate educational content, teachers should analyze data mining results and learners’ digital footprints. In the modern world when priorities and life guidelines are changing, the humanistic paradigm and philosophical worldview, as well as ethical principles, are of great importance. The author considers that in order to optimize the learning process in the digital educational environment, it is necessary to use strategies aimed at increasing the level of digital literacy of teachers and students, pay special attention to the formation of the student’s personality. The need for further study in this direction determines the analysis of speech behavior strategies used by a virtual personality in the process of online educational communication, as it can contribute to better culture of speech, prevent possible conflict situations, and upgrade the effectiveness of distance learning.
