Abstract

The classic geopolitical dichotomies tellurocracy-thalassocracy, heartland-rimland are supplemented by the alternative badland-goodland, which fixes civilizational disorder in the first part, and its opposite (civilizational advancement) in the second part. The enrichment of civilizationism and globalism with a new cognitive pair optimizes the philosophical geostrategic modeling of modern realities from the point of view of contrasting territorial zoning, which determines block formation and the formation of fundamental relations of competition and alliance. In the language of sociophilosophical prognostics, the possibilities of capital alliances are evaluated: goodland contra external (marginal allochthons) and internal (“marginal”-autochthons) counterparties; the prospects of global unity are clarified.
